What is the Recommended Resolution of the Photo I Upload?

For best results we recommend using a camera which is at least 3 megapixels and an image that is at least 1 MB in size. Please see our size guide for further information.

You can check your photo's file size by right-clicking on the image, then selecting Properties, where the information will be displayed. Again, if you need any help or assistance, simply Request a Callback, and we will be in touch the same day.

How Do I Upload a Photo?

To upload a photo, click the "Select Photo" button and you will be directed to your computer's folders. Simply go to the folder where you store your photos and double-click on the file you would like to select. Then click on the "Upload" button and your photo will begin uploading.

During this process, you will see a graphic illustrating the progress of your photo upload. It may take up to a minute or two to upload your photo depending on your connection speed and the size of your file.

Once your photo is uploaded you will see it on the screen, simply select which medium you would like your photograph to be printed on, the size and we will confirm by email the delivery date of your work of art.

What is the Best File Format To Use For Uploading My Image?

For uploading purposes, we currently only accept JPEG files. If you have another kind of file, then simply email us for details as to how we can process this.

Can I Send An Image by Mail?

Yes, we also accept CDs of images and if you are not sure which image looks best, simply send us a selection of your favourite photos by Recorded Delivery to Ocean Gifts, "Carrick House", 23 Avondale Road, Bromley, Kent BR1 4HS.

What About a Printed Photograph?

As long as the copyright of the photograph remains with yourself or you have the permission of the person who took the photograph, then you can arrange for this to be scanned, or we can scan this for you to be printed at no extra cost. If you are scanning the photograph, please make sure that this is at 300 dpi for best results.

Help, my photograph has red-eye?

Don't worry, all simple digital enhancements are included in the cost, if in any doubt simply contact us.

How long will it take to receive my canvas, acrylic or crystal prints?

We endeavour to make sure that all orders are despatched within 7 days of order confirmation. Sometimes during busy periods, such as Christmas, this may take a little longer. However, a delivery date will always be given shortly after the order is place.

I'm still unsure as to which product will suit my image best?
